REF PM was established in 2009 by Donal Birthistle, MSCSI, drawing on roughly twenty years of industry experience. The firm helps clients reduce operating costs and enhance property values, while maintaining a safe working environment for residents, tenants and contractors, with tailor-made service options adapted to each client's requirements.
Every development is different, so the service is written rather than picked off a shelf. Fees are flat and stated up front, external contractor invoices are passed through without mark-up, and accounts are reported monthly rather than sprung on the board at the AGM.
Because the firm is small, the person you meet is the person who manages your building, and the same person answers when something goes wrong at eleven at night.
Dublin and Greater Dublin, from the office at Clanada House, Drummartin Road, Dublin 14, with developments ranging from small apartment blocks to mixed-use schemes and student accommodation in Tallaght.
If you would like to arrange a meeting to discuss your (or your company's) needs in general, or to review current requirements while looking towards the future, please get in touch and we would be delighted to talk it through.
You'll be talking to Donal Birthistle, MSCSI.
